You rushed to the emergency room of
your nearest hospital, only to find a long wait...Time lost
while you or your loved one continued to be in pain. Add the
enormous expense of the visit and, you would have preferred
to go to your family physician, but you couldn't fit into
his office hours.

choice, Urgent Care...
Our fees are substantially less than
those of your hospital's emergency room. They are even lower
than those of an average visit to a doctor's office! There
is no appointment necessary. You simply come in any time you
need medical care. Our staff will see you in less time than
it takes to fill out the "emergency room's"
paperwork.
Urgent Care is open Monday through
Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays by appointment. We are
closed on Sundays and holidays.
At Urgent Care,
you will be seen by a Board Certified Family Physician, able
to offer a complete spectrum of care, from routine medical
exams to x-ray services, on site. All this, and the care and
understanding that only comes from an experienced family
physician.

Dr. Shahrokh
Poormehr
 I
graduated from the University of Illinois in
Biological Sciences, followed by a Master's Degree
in Medical Sociology. Four years later, I received
a Doctoral Degree in Medicine from the University
of Health Sciences in Kansas City, MO. I continued
my journey in a year of internship in
Urbana/Champaign, I then moved to California to be
close to my family and friends and finished my
second internship in Family Practice, at one of the
leading bloodless surgical centers in the country
– Coast Plaza Doctor's Hospital. After being
licensed by the California Board of Licensing, I
then joined the Department of Family Medicine at
the University of California in Irvine and received
my specialty in Family Practice.
I believe this community
needs an urgent care center, a medical facility in
which patients can have access to prompt medical
care when they need it, at a fraction of the cost
without waiting hours in the emergency rooms. I
have been married for three years and moved to this
area with my wife two months ago. We think this
community is a great place to raise a family. we
love this area because of its diversity,
tranquility, friendliness, safety and, last but not
least the beautiful beaches.
